Brand Identity

DX is the UK’s largest independent courier, but the brand had got left behind. In an increasingly competitive market, it needed to show the world how it was different.


DX provides proven next day delivery services for mail, parcels and 2-Man deliveries to business and residential addresses nationwide, for both public and private sector companies. In particular, DX specialises in next day or scheduled delivery of time sensitive, mission critical and high value items for B2B and B2C customer.


Within a crowded marketplace DX was struggling to tell it's story and engage with new customers. A new proposition Delivered Exactly was developed to precisely capture what the business is about. 



A new logo and visual identity was then created and realised across a range of communication touch points, from high-street delivery exchange interiors, through to employee communications.


What it achieved

The new brand helped gain traction within the marketplace with positive feedback from customers.

The work won several awards: Best Brand Initiative, B2B Marketing Awards 2013 Brand Identity, Global Ace Awards 2014 Corporate Brand, BMA B2 Awards 2014
